• However, by submitting User Content, you grant AI Modeling a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You also grant AI Modeling the right to sublicense these rights to third parties.

6. Disclaimers

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI Modeling disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.2
• AI Modeling does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• You acknowledge that the use of the Services is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

• AI Modeling will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

AI Modeling may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause.
